This small boutique hotel built in 1984, was severely damaged by Hurricane Kenna in October, 2002, and was brought back to life by proprietor Adam Burgess. After rebuilding the completely destroyed ocean façade as well as rebuilding/renovating many of the rooms, Adam decided it would make the perfect place to host a wedding. Adam & his wife Lindsay, the in-house wedding coordinator, host over 40 weddings each year.

Baby & Jefe, the house dogs, were both rescued by the hotel owners in Puerto Vallarta in 2002. Jefe means ‘chief’ in Spanish and his name was given to him because everyone called Adam, ‘Jefe’ on the job site during the remodel. Baby was rescued on a road trip up to Costa Carayes while Adam & Lindsay were traveling to a friends wedding. |
